10 minutes drive: KL Sentral Station, with direct express trains to KL International Airport, and in-town flight check-in.

A few stops on the Light Rapid Transit train to the financial and commercial centre of KLCC.

Houses in Bangsar are highly sought after by the aspirational and upper classes, appealing to both Malaysians and expatriates, from young professionals to captains of industry and royalty. Even during economic crisis, property prices in this exclusive neighbourhood have been maintained. Average prices actually grew slightly during the past several crisis, mainly due to the scarce land in this part of the city.

Bukit Bandaraya is fast becoming a hot retail neighbourhood. Plenty of the bungalow houses along Jalan Maarof have been converted into design show rooms and boutiques. The proliferation of international offerings at Bangsar Shopping Centre and Bangsar Village, from groceries to restaurants and bars, provide evidence of well-heeled, international residents.

Average prices in Bangsar grew from a peak of 961RM psf in 2014, to a peak of 1274RM psf in 2015 (year to date)*.
